Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Local Orders (Cyprus & Zimbabwe): Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery: 2–5 business days.
• International Orders: Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery: 7–14 business days.
• Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or customs.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Restrictions

• No shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Invalid or incomplete addresses may delay or cancel orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Contact us if your package is lost so we can assist in filing a claim.
• For damaged items, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
